Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, announced it is contributing more than $40,000 worth of products to aid the recovery efforts in Haiti. Primary contributions include chain, load binders and assemblies for moving heavy equipment, and manual hoists to assist in the removal of debris. Additionally, items that will assist farmers and other agricultural workers in both the short- and long-term will be included.

The support of Columbus McKinnon is part of an ongoing effort by members of the Industrial Supply Association (ISA) to provide supplies that will be integral in the rebuilding of the nation.  The initial shipment is scheduled to arrive in Haiti by late February.
